IS INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR THE SPRINTER?

Yes. You will need to obtain evidence of full coverage insurance during the full term of your rental. Renters may be able to obtain a FREE “Binder of Insurance” for the dates of your rental from your current auto insurance company. It simply extends your automobile’s full insurance coverage while you operate the rented RV. Call your agent to see if your policy offers RV rental binders. Some agents may not know if they can provide such coverage. In this case it’s best to ask for their manager or another agent. Many agents have not done a binder before so sometimes they need their manager’s assistance. We will provide you with the information you need to give to your agent.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT THE SPRINTER?

$400 / Day / Sunday-Saturday

WILL SOMEONE BE AVAILABLE WHEN PICKING UP THE SPRINTER?

Yes. Driving a Sprinter is similar to driving an SUV, however, there are different features on a Sprinter that will have to be expalined in detail when you pick the Sprinter up. Because of this, we don't offer to leave the keys inside the vehicle for you to pick up at your leisure. We ask that you allow at least 30-45 minutes when picking up the Sprinter to go over the features and answer any questions you may have.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

If available, local delivery and pick up can be arranged for a fee. You can also pick the Sprinter up at the Johns Creek, GA location provided once your reservation has been confirmed.

HOW EARLY OR LATE CAN THE SPRINTER BE PICKED UP OR RETURNED?

Pick up and drop off times are between 12 pm and 8 pm.

HOW SOON AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION?

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY RENTALS?

No. All reservations have to be approved.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF DAYS I HAVE TO RENT THE SPRINTER FOR?

No.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR TAXES?

There may be additional fees such as a prep fee, booking and processing fee, optional equipment and local taxes, which will be specified in the rental agreement.

IS WI-FI AVAILABLE IN THE SPRINTER?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the Sprinter and is included in the rental price.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Renter is responsible for 25% of booking rental if cancelled up to 14 days before pickup. Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is canceled during a grace period, a full refund will be granted.
